Baked plastry with Mince Meat

I live n UK few years now and I start to love a and make some pastry, I still don’t make the dough by myself. I know everyone will say that made by yourself is the best. I will agree that it is but sometimes when I don’t have time I just buy pastry, puff pastry or filo one. I am even little lazy and buy roll one already…. I know laziness…. For this recipe I used

  • Beff mince
  • Few sausages
  • Some mushroom
  • 2 onions
  • Half yellow paprika
  • Spices: colendra, paper, salt, paprika, sumac, chilli

I fried onion with mushrooms and spices- put it aside

Then I fried mince with sausages add yea lol paprika and fried mushrooms and onions. I waited until it’s cold to put it inside of pastry. I need to admit that I used only half of fried meet, the rest I put into friezer. I used the meet in fast boloneesse meal.

I cut rolled pastry into rounds, put one teaspoon of meat inside and seal it together. Place sealed pastry onto baking tray with  baking paper, brush with egg and bake for 10-15 min in 180 degree oven until golden. I eat them warm but cold ones taste as well good.
