The white horseradish soup

In old times people used everything they produce. I know that now we don’t care. We go to supermarket and buy what we need. That’s really older recipe for a soup. I used the rest of the water stayed from making the curd cheese. Added some spices and create the soup.
The rest of the water from making curd cheese
Pack of pork sausage
2 Allspice
2 Bay leaf
Little bit of marjoram
2-4 tablespoon of double cream
1 tablespoon of white flour
Half a root of horseradish

I place the left liquids in the pan add 2 allspice, 2 bay leafs and the sausage and cook for few minutes. Add salt and paper as well as grated horseradish and little of marjoram. On the end I add cream mix with one tablespoon of flour and the soup was ready. I serve it with make by me pasta. Hungarian calls them dumplings, I call them really fast pasta dumplings.
