I do this dumpling pasta whenever I want really fast pasta. I use it in many recipes in many variations.
For one person I will use around 7-8 tablespoons of flour for them. I mix the flour with one egg, little bit of salt and few tablespoons of water. Mix it and place in boiling water. I need to admit that I boil water in the kettle . It’s just easier, so whenever I need fast pasta I boil water in the kettle, then place in the pan and in the meanwhile I mix dumpling pasta mix . It cooks rally few minutes. When they are like I say swimming on the surface they are almost ready. Only 2 minutes of cooking and done. :-)))))
as you can see I flour, egg, I add here little bit of turmeric for color.
