I decide to make my own sprout. I wrote in post before how to do it. I didn’t know what to do of myself for lunch and I hate sometimes cook for hours. I don’t spend more than half the hour on cooking.
For today dish I used:
2 leafs of dry noodles
2 spring onions
My puy lentil sprout (around a cup)
One mushroom
2 pieces of garlic
Half of a green of chili (green this time)
Few bits of bacon, ( I wanted some meet in mine but sometimes I just add more veggies)
For taste I used fish sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil
Firstly I cut and prepare all before frying. When you make noodles or any Chinese the best way is to prepare all ingredients and then just add to wok and fry.
I am a little lazy so I cook water in the kettle for noodles. I put hot water in the pan and add noodles. I put the pan with noodles on really small heat so it’s cook slowly. It will take around 3 minutes to cook all. Almost in the same time I place wook on heat with spoon of coconut oil. When the oil was hot I add spring onion, garlick, mushroom. Cook for half a minute add a spoon of soya souce and fish souce – add a meet, cook for a minute. After that add sprout – mix – half a minute – add the noodles and mix together well. Cook for a half a minute and voila. On the plate or before serving I add
one tablespoon of sesame oil – mix and it’s ready. Enjoy
That’s what I needed for it to make
fry it in wok and as you can see in the meanwhile cooked noodles
add noddles and fry for moment until all noodles are cover in sauce and vegies
